Top customer satisfaction and a Gold Award for Maple Grove!
We are delighted that Rydon has been recognised for its customer service with a Gold award and 95% customer satisfaction at Maple Grove!
In House, the independent research organisation, made contact with each of our home purchasers, taking feedback on a range of detailed questions relating to their whole Rydon purchasing experience.
Maple Grove is just one of a small number of developments to achieve this high level satisfaction rating.
The questions ranged from how the selling agent dealt with their first enquiry, to their contact with Rydon staff, including site managers, sales staff and after purchase customer care and maintenance. Customers were also asked if they would recommend and if they would repeat purchase from Rydon again.
We are delighted to have secured the In House Gold award and look forward to continuing to deliver excellent gold-standard customer service at Maple Grove and at our future developments.
